The Foz Palace dates back to the 18th century but its construction, lasting over one century, granted the palace an interesting variety of architectural styles in a mixture of Italian revivalism and 18th century baroque. Located in one of the main squares of Lisbon –the Restauration square- the Foz Palace is a symbol of the 18th and 19th century lifestyle in the city of Lisbon. The elegant painted stucco walls and frescoes transform the simplicity of the straight Italian lines into a cozy and warm atmosphere. Indeed the counts of Castelo Melhor, that inhabited the Palace, tried to create an atmosphere of luxury that you will now be able to experience during your event.
