We would like to present a different format of tourism: the Air Tourism. With these services, we will provide unique experiences regarding culture, adventure and magnificent landscape observation.

This will be justified not only by the use of airplanes as the equipment to provide the service, but by the contents of the experiences. It's important to refer, that besides the programs that we propose here, we'll be ready to create a personalized solution just for you, able to suit all your needs. Other services can be as well considered on the tailor made proposal, in order to fulfill your expectations. Regarding the equipment that is used, both the airplanes, pilots teams and maintenance, respect the most exigent rules of JAA (Joint Aviation Authorities) in order to provide all the conditions for this kind of activities.



Program 1: Sintra Route

The romanticism of the Serra de Sintra, celebrated by Lord Byron and other great poets, with its truly blue lagoon, the Moorish Castle sitting on twin peaks, the Pena Palace, with its Bavarian feel are some of the places you will have the opportunity to see while flying way up high in the sky. The town of Sintra, a World Heritage Site; Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point in Europe; and Guincho Beach , a surfer's paradise will complement the landscape that is seen from up above. Praia Grande and Praia Pequena, where many people go on vacations during the summer will have a different perspective to you at the end of the flight.

Program 2: Costa da Caparica and Costa Azul

In this flight you will discover the Jerónimos Monastery built in the 16th century, by order of King Manuel I. Its extravagant style of decoration in the lacy late gothic style that the portuguese call, Manueline, was what granted it the title of World Heritage by Unesco. Only a few blocks from the monastery you will see the tiny (from up above) Tower of Belém. The 25th of April Bridge, one of the greatest features of the 20th century, crosses the Tagus River from the North to the South towards the beaches of Costa da Caparica. The Serra da Arrábida, with its sheltered harbour, is with no doubt a natural sanctuary for nature lovers. The Troya Peninsula, close to Arrábida is one huge sand peninsula that, together with the castles of Palmela and Sesimbra, will complement your scenery.

Program 3: Évora circuit

This four hour tour, will include sightseeing of Giraldo Square, Lóios palace, the Roman Temple and theChapel of Bones. After the sightseeing you will return to Évora Airfield and departure for Cascais Airport.

Morning Circuits: departure from Cascais Airport at 8.30 a .m. and departure from Évora at 1.15 p.m..

Afternoon Circuits (from March to September only) departure from Cascais Airport at 12.30 p.m. and departure from Évora at 5.15 p.m.

Departure from / return to Cascais Airport.

Program 4: Route of Old Egitânea

At 8.50 a .m. departure by plane from Tires.

10h00 a.m. Arrival at Monfortinho. Tour in 4x4 vehicle to visit ancient Egitânea. Tour to the village including some of the old restored sites such as the community oven or the oil-mill.

12.00 Traditional lunch in Monsanto. Tour to the village, all the way up to the Castle from where we will enjoy a magnificent view. This old village with very narrow streets inspired Fernando Namora in his literary work “Retalhos da Vida de um Médico†("Mountain Doctor"). Tour to the Geological Park of the Ponsul Valley in Penha Garcia.

4.30 p.m. Departure by plane from Monfortinho to Cascais Airport. Jeep tours: All vehicles are driven by experienced guides who know the region; all vehicles are equipped with first aid kits, fire extinguishers and radio with dedicated frequency given by Portuguese authority Anacom;

We suggest that participants wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a jacket. Departure from / return to Cascais Airport .

Program 5: Route of the middle ages

At 08h50 a.m. departure by plane from Tires.

10 a .m. Arrival in the town of Covilhã . Trip in 4x4 vehicle including a tour to the Historical Village of Sortelha, which will bring us back to medieval times. This small village was built around the Castle on a granite outcrop.

12 p.m. Lunch in the land of Riba Côa in Sabugal. The meal will be served in a local hotel restaurant. Stop in Belmonte – the land of the Cabral family, whose descendent Pedro Ãlvares Cabral became famous thanks to the journey and discovery of Brazil.

4.30 p.m: Departure by plane from Covilhã to Cascais Airport . Jeep tours: All vehicles are driven by experienced guides who know the region; all vehicles are equipped with first aid kits, fire extinguishers and radio with dedicated frequency given by Portuguese authority Anacom; We suggest that participants wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a jacket. Departure from / return to Cascais Airport .

Program 6: Route of the Historical Villages (2 days)

1st Day:

8.50 a .m. departure by plane from Tires.

10 a .m. Arrival in Monfortinho. Tour to the main interesting spots of the Historical Villages of Monsanto and Idanha-a-Velha;

12.30 p.m. Lunch in Idanha-a-Nova. Tour to the Museum (C.C.Raiano) where you can visit the permanent and temporary exhibitions on local agriculture. 4.30 p.m. Accommodation at the selected hotel.

7.30 p.m. Traditional dinner.

2nd Day:

10 a .m. Departure in 4x4 vehicles to the mountain area of Serra da Gardunha.

12 p.m. Lunch at a restaurant in the town of Alpedrinha . After lunch, we will continue our mountain tour through Serra da Gardunha.

4.30 p.m.: Departure by plane from Covilhã to Cascais Airport . Jeep tours: All vehicles are driven by experienced guides who know the region;

all vehicles are equipped with first aid kits, fire extinguishers and radio with dedicated frequency given by Portuguese authority Anacom.
